Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with Borders Aesthetic Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Age Requirement

All clients must be aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be requested before treatment.

2. Consultation and Medical Assessment

Your medical history and suitability for treatment will be reviewed during your consultation and prior to treatment. Borders Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if, in the practitioner's professional opinion, the treatment is not clinically appropriate or safe.

3. New Clients

All new clients must attend an initial consultation before booking a treatment appointment.

A consultation fee of £50 is payable at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable but can be redeemed against the cost of your treatment if you proceed with treatment following the consultation.

4. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure all treatment appointments.

The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

Failure to attend your appointment or cancelling outside the permitted notice period will result in the loss of your deposit.

5. Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

Requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

In the event of genuine last-minute emergencies, rescheduling will be considered at the sole discretion of the practitioner.

6. Payment Methods

Borders Aesthetic Clinic accepts payment by bank transfer or cash only.

Full payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Treatments will not be carried out until payment arrangements have been confirmed.

7. Treatment Results

Individual results vary from person to person. While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome, Borders Aesthetic Clinic cannot guarantee specific results from any treatment.

8. Refund Policy

All treatments and services provided by Borders Aesthetic Clinic are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes where the treatment has been performed appropriately and in accordance with professional standards.

9. Right to Refuse Treatment

Borders Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment at any time if:

  • A client is deemed unsuitable for treatment;

  • Medical history indicates potential risks;

  • Consent cannot be properly obtained;

  • The practitioner believes treatment is not in the client's best interests.

10. Consent

By proceeding with treatment, clients confirm that all medical information provided is accurate and complete and that they have had the opportunity to ask questions before giving informed consent.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Borders Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will apply to all bookings and treatments.
